10k oni for men open n women open ar ?
if want take medal minimum must reach finish line in what time?
50 minutes can get medal?

60 minutes (not exceeding) , u can get the cert... medal is depands on the runners~~
60 minutes no 'pongchat' no problem de.. medal if 50 minutes can get i will try hardly to get it

SJ 10K, the route is easier than Dataran Merdeka, you can achieve abt 5mins earlier. To grab the medal, you might need to finish in 47mins. Last year was 49mins. The timing so tight because we have to fight with strong junior veteran runners.
correction to my statement, jr veteran and sr veteran will run in 7KM.
